The Heartbeat

Happy New Year! With 400 days to go to the Sochi Olympics, our winter athletes are in full swing in the hopes of representing Canada in 2014!

This week's edition of The Heartbeat include events being held in Calgary, Thunder Bay, Stoneham (Quebec), Quebec City, Mississauga and London, Ontario.

The Snowboard World Championships are being held in Stoneham and Quebec and the World Figure Skating World Championships are being held in London.

Sports being televised or streamed include cross-country skiing, bobsleigh, skeleton, alpine skiing, and snowboarding.

Events to meet athletes are being held in Canmore.
